Engagement on and individual level is
important because by doing so you can focus on “what matters most”. The staff
on this level is most involved with what happens in the workplace on a daily
basis so they know what is going wrong. It is important for them to be engaged
in the process because the most valuable information about the workplace comes
from them, they have the most knowledge about the whole situation as well. Another
aspect to consider is all the changes in technology and different industries.
With these changes, there are so many possible ways to make improvements in the
workplace. The best way to succeed in these changes is to engage all the
employees (caregivers) instead of just relying on a consulting team.
